ToolHamper provides free browser-based tools for everyday digital tasks. The tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Your content stays yours

Files and text you use with the tools are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to us. You retain all rights to your content and are responsible for having the right to use it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ToolHamper to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service. You are responsible for how you use the results the tools produce.

4. Accuracy

We work hard to make the tools correct, but results (for example file sizes after conversion, word counts, and reading-time estimates) may vary by input and browser. Verify important results before relying on them for professional, legal, or financial decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolHamper and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data. Always keep your own backups of important files.
